Meet the team

Lucie Laperriere:
Vice President of Operations

Lucie has managed the operations at both Chateau Dollard and our sister property, Chateau Royal since 2005. She grew up in Roxboro in the West Island of Montreal and has many years of experience in business, accounting and customer service.. Lucie is passionate about providing a positive home environment for our residents and is the leading force behind ensuring all employees are well trained,efficient and put the needs of our residents first.

Gina Luci :
Director

It makes me fell good knowing that our Seniors are well taken care of.

Gina was born and raised in Lachine and prior to becoming the General Manager at Chateau Dollard in 2006, she was in accounting for 16 years at a children’s hospital. Gina’s primary focus at Dollard is to look after the wellbeing of both residents and staff and she works hard to maintain an environment of respect and open communication. She is always ready and willing to help out wherever needed.

Jean-Duval Monice:
Chief of Nursing

It is my responsibility to care for their well-being and I love it.
Jean-Duval, our Chief of Nursing, was born into a family of seven children in Petit-Goâve, Haiti. Initially he studied legal science in Haiti, but after moving to Montreal with his wife and son, he decided to change his career path and study nursing. Prior to joining our team in 2006 he worked in a number of hospitals. We feel lucky to have Jean-Duval at Chateau Dollard as he loves interacting with the residents and is very good natured, open and honest.

Patricia Tudor:

Sales and Marketing Manager

Patricia is originally from Ottawa, Ontario and has over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She is actively involved in community and various non-profit organizations. Patricia is a great listener and works hard to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of prospective residents. She is caring and compassionate and ensures family members feel secure that the needs of their loved ones are fulfilled. She also ensures that new residents are integrated smoothly into the Chateau Dollard family.

Céline Dubois:
Sales and Marketing Assistant

Celine, our newest team member, started in May 2011. She has an extensive background in seniors’ residential care and over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She grew up in Montreal, is passionate about helping others, and prides herself on her ability to help prospective residents find the right living and care options for their needs. Celine has a terrific voice - you may even hear her singing around the property!

Maureen Pinchuk:
Activity Coordinator

I like interacting with our Residents

Maureen Pinchuk, a native of Montreal, received her B.A. in psychology from McGill University. After raising her three children, she returned to University and received a certificate in Family Life Education from Concordia University. At that time her passion for enhancing the lives of seniors became her professional focus, leading to 9 years as Activity Coordinator in a nursing home.

Having just recently joined the Chateau Dollard family, Maureen is busy making the acquaintance of all the residents and introducing some new and exciting activities for all to enjoy.

Gabrielle Bélanger-Brunelle:
Activitiy Coordinator

It’s satisfaction for me to see them smile
Gabrielle Bélanger-Brunelle, one of our Activity Coordinators, is currently studying anthropology at the University of Montreal and loves working with people. She enjoys interacting with our residents and prides herself on talking to them, finding out their interests and coming up with a diverse range of activities to keep everyone happy and engaged. She loves travelling, having recently been to Africa and South America, and enjoys learning new things.

Marc Lalonde:
Head Chef

Marc was born and raised in Ontario and has been working at Chateau Dollard for the last twenty years. He has extensive culinary experience having worked in both a busy restaurant and a hospital prior to joining our team. Marc enjoys being a chef and has worked hard for his achievements. At Chateau Dollard his menus offer a wide range of home cooked meals, prepared carefully so as to ensure the specific nutritional requirements for seniors are met. We know you will love his cooking as much as his dedication and devotion to you - the residents!

Élaine Chorel:
Receptionist

I enjoy hearing their life stories
Élaine has been part of our wonderful team since 2007. Her smile and sense of humour will charm you the moment you walk into Château Dollard. Élaine’s multi-tasking skills, hard work and dedication is appreciated by all of our residents, their family members and our staff.
